As the Creative Program Manager I worked closely with catalog stake holders across all brands to improve internal alignment, delivery of pagination files, strategic marketing planning and studio production. I also created SOPs for product packaging that addressed internal briefs, creative resourcing, legal and compliance review through final delivery to factory.
I also managed the entire packaging refresh for Giro Sport Design as a result of the rebrand that launched in the Fall 2025 season. Managing all packaging components for both bike and snow to ensure brand guidelines had been updated, all packaging components were accounted for and working closely with the dev and sustainability teams to eliminate waste resulting packaging savings.
